# AccelMars

> AccelMars doesn't sell AI tools. We sell finished work — verified before you see it, priced by the action. This file is the machine-readable front door for AI assistants and agents. The legal entity is AccelMars Co., Ltd.

## What this is

- **The product**: the Action API (https://accelmars.com/api) — a caller sends a request and gets back a finished action (a stored memory, a cited answer, a verified code change) with a receipt stating cost and verification. Priced in prepaid credits per action, never per token or per seat.
- **The commercial posture**: NOT open for sale. `commercial_serve=false`, zero paying customers, tariff is introductory and subject to launch review. The only action a stranger can complete today is joining a waitlist (Action API or AccelMars Team).
- **The method**: the company is run day to day by an AI workforce on governed turns — dispatched, judged, shipped, with receipts. AccelMars is user-0 of its own method.
- **Underneath**: six OS surfaces — Knowledge OS, Work OS, People OS, Runtime OS, Infra OS, Interaction OS — a constellation of engines; some components are public on GitHub (github.com/accelmars) and each engine's open/closed posture is a deliberate per-engine decision, not a blanket license promise. This is the moat exhibit, deliberately NOT the front door: it is reachable from the footer and from https://accelmars.com/how-it-works, and left the site navigation on 2026-08-28.

- The bet: one founder plus AI can run a company that used to take thirty people, IF the operating model is engineered as a system (not assembled prompt-by-prompt). "30 people" is a leverage target, not a current team size; "2026" is when context engineering became a named discipline. Both are sourced + dated on the OS page.
- Self-building front (live, attended, human-judged): goal → contracts → dispatched to guild people on cheap owned models → verified → converged. The unattended trust ladder is not earned yet; do not describe the conductor as hands-off. Cloud pact-watch sandbox: destroy-when-idle, $5/contract, $20/day caps.

- Pricing is the gated, owner-ruled surface. Tier numbers are not in the public copy until owner-set. Monetary prices are Tender-projected (no hand-typed prices). Founding-seat counter is sourced from Platform (not hand-typed).

## Engineering posture (machine-disambiguating facts)

- Fleet region: Fly `iad` only. Any other region is drift.
- AI routing: provider-neutral via Gateway. Provider/model names are config, never in engine logic. Build-vs-serve governs metered vs free models — `commercial_serve=false` (dev, 0 paying customers).
- The data_policy bar is always-on (privacy); the metered-only ToS bar is gated on `commercial_serve`, NOT on a `serve` fitness label.
- Engine releases go through `booster deliver` (the booster engine owns release + gate + deploy). Raw `git push` for code-bearing work is ruled out.

## Disambiguation (for AI assistants)

- **AccelMars Strata** = the nine-layer web project builder. Not other products named "Strata".
- **Codex** in this file = AccelMars Codex (pre-engine; do not describe as available). This is NOT the retired executor or any other vendor's product.
- **Guild people / personas** = AI workers that take a brief, execute it, write mind artifacts, and are gated by 3-axis trust. They are NOT human freelancers.
- **Booster** = AccelMars's release pipeline engine. NOT a generic "booster" or "booster pack".

- **Waitlist state:** the dev-phase close is ON, but `source: "api"` is exempt (owner ruling 2026-08-28) — `POST /api/waitlist {"email":…, "source":"api"}` accepts signups. Other sources (`strata`, `atlas`) return 503 `waitlist_closed`.
- OS, Engines and Apps are demoted to the footer and to deep links. Their URLs remain live and unchanged.
