A high-margin "Engine Room" project where we built a real-time fleet management dashboard. It tracked 50+ trucks delivery routes and status.
The Challenge
The client, a mid-sized logistics firm, was managing their fleet via phone calls and Excel. They had no visibility into where their trucks were, leading to fuel waste and missed delivery windows.
Our Solution
We built a lean, effective single-page application (SPA) using Vue.js and Firebase. We integrated with the existing GPS hardware on the trucks to visualize their real-time location on a Google Map.
