A laundry chain needed to digitize their loyalty program (paper cards) and allow customers to track order status to reduce support calls.
Our Solution
We reused the code from a previous coffee shop app. Features included a QR-code based loyalty program and real-time push notifications for order status (Washing, Drying, Ready).
