AM NexusPoint
An internal R&D experiment to "visualize thought." We built a plugin for Obsidian that turns linear notes into a dynamic, interactive graph, allowing us to spot connections between projects.
The Challenge
As our knowledge base grew, we lost sight of the "big picture." We had thousands of notes but couldn't see how a failure in Project A related to a success in Project B.
Our Solution
We built "NexusPoint," a canvas-based tool that visualizes links (backlinks) as physical connections. It allows us to "walk" through our knowledge graph spatially.

Strategic Impact
Used internally to plan complex architectures (like the "Dual-Engine Flywheel"). Spun off as an open-source plugin with 5,000+ downloads.
Key Lessons Learned
"Spatial interfaces enable a different kind of thinking than linear text."
"Tools shape the way we think; build better tools to think better thoughts."
