Our first major foreign client. We built a modern web application that streamlined procurement and supplier relationship management, integrating directly with a legacy database.
The Challenge
The client struggled with inefficient, spreadsheet-based procurement and an outdated legacy ERP. They lacked visibility into supplier relationships and purchase orders. Local development quotes were too high.
Our Solution
We built a secure web app acting as a modern "skin" on their existing ERP. It featured a new UI for PO generation, invoice tracking workflows, and a supplier portal. We used our "Helmsman Process" (paid discovery) to win the trust of the foreign client.
