A landmark "Hard" project where we built a complete marketplace platform from scratch. This project established our capability to build complex, secure systems using a microservices architecture.
The Challenge
Real estate angel investors lacked a secure, exclusive platform to connect with vetted developers. Deals were managed through insecure email chains. They needed a trusted digital "Deal Room" to manage high-value investment flow.
Our Solution
We architected a secure marketplace with distinct Developer and Investor portals. The centerpiece was the Secure "Deal Room," an access-controlled space for confidential document exchange. We implemented our first formal Microservices architecture (User, Project, Deal Room services) and passed a mandatory third-party security audit.
