The Challenge
The junior market is flooded with bootcamp graduates who know syntax but lack problem-solving skills. We struggled to hire juniors who could think for themselves.
Our Solution
We built "The Constructive Path," a self-paced, challenge-based curriculum. It ignores syntax and focuses on "Mental Models," "System Design," and "Debugging First Principles."
