Project Core (The Forge)
The foundational project that codified AccelMars. We moved from scattered Google Docs to a structured, version-controlled "Master Knowledge Base" in Obsidian, treating our company knowledge as code.
The Challenge
Our knowledge was fragmented and decaying. Onboarding new engineers took months because documentation was impossible to find or outdated. We were suffering from "institutional amnesia."
Our Solution
We adopted "Docs as Code." We built "The Forge," a rigorous workflow where every piece of knowledge—from technical specs to cultural values—is written in Markdown, reviewed via Pull Request, and stored in a central Git repository.
