Applications / Together

Useful on their own. Connected when it helps.

Choose the help you need. Each app is designed to be useful on its own; connect others when they add something meaningful. These walkthroughs show how that could work in everyday life. Each app draws on the same foundation for continuing context, supported answers, corrections and permitted actions—even when used on its own.

Illustrative planned experiences—not features available to buy today. Team is in development; Business, Work, Ready and Run are planned customer products. Specific integrations, access and commercial terms will be confirmed as they become available.

How would I use Team on its own?

Imagine you have an idea to pursue, decisions to make and responsibilities that keep coming back. Team is designed to give you your own ongoing team of AI colleagues—not another system of agents you must manage.

  1. Start with something that matters to you. — Bring a question, a recurring responsibility or an idea you have kept putting off. Explain the outcome you want and the constraints that matter.
  2. Give your team useful context. — Share selected notes, material or preferences. Start with what is relevant; you do not need to import your whole life.
  3. Think it through together. — Discuss options with colleagues whose responsibilities fit the work. Ask them to explain their reasoning, challenge assumptions or help you make a plan.
  4. Carry out everyday work. — Have the team help research, draft, prepare and follow through using supported actions within the permissions you give. A prepared draft and a confirmed action should be easy to tell apart.
  5. Return without starting over. — Review useful updates, correct what the team has misunderstood and continue from the changed context. You remain able to question its understanding.

Outcome

The intended result is practical help and continuity across your life and work, without needing Business, Work or Ready.

Fit

Stay with Team when its everyday work capabilities meet your needs. Add another app for a distinct need—not simply because your work becomes important.

How would I use Business on its own?

Imagine you run a company alone or with a small team and outside specialists. Business is designed to help operate the company, not just keep a list of administrative tasks.

  1. Bring the company’s current situation. — Start with active commitments, recurring responsibilities, relevant records and the people or providers involved. Use selected material from your existing tools.
  2. Make responsibilities understandable. — Identify what needs to happen, who is responsible, important dates and the consequence of a delay. Separate work that is prepared from work that has actually happened.
  3. Move work forward. — Use software for defined calculations, schedules and state tracking. AI experts help interpret, prepare and follow through; people contribute judgment and take actions within their authority.
  4. Work with colleagues and specialists. — Prepare context for a new colleague, keep a responsibility covered during an absence and give an accountant or other provider the material needed for their part.
  5. Review what changed. — See how delivery, hiring, cash and obligations affect the company. Resolve decisions and update commitments as circumstances change.

Outcome

The intended result is a company whose work stays understandable and moving, with useful support inside Business itself.

Fit

You do not need a personal Team subscription to operate the company, or Work to do ordinary Business work. Existing tools and qualified providers can remain part of your setup.

How would I use Work on its own?

Imagine organising a community event, completing a research project or delivering work for a customer. Work is designed to help you plan and steer it alone, with other people, with AI experts, or with a mixture—whether or not you use another AccelMars app.

  1. Describe the result you need. — Bring the goal, constraints and any existing plan. Agree what a useful finished result would look like.
  2. Break it into meaningful pieces. — Turn the plan into manageable work with clear outputs and checks. See how each piece contributes to the larger project.
  3. Understand what can proceed. — Identify dependencies, shared resources and permissions. See which work can run in parallel and which needs something else first.
  4. Run and steer the work. — Assign suitable contributors, inspect progress and respond to questions or blockers. A long-running job should show its purpose and next checkpoint—not only a stream of activity.
  5. Check the result and continue. — Review outputs against the agreed checks, accept what is ready and carry remaining work forward. Preserve the context needed when a person or session changes.

Outcome

The intended result is a project you can understand and direct, with results you can inspect—not simply more tasks marked busy.

Fit

Use Work for advanced project planning, coordination and oversight, including solo or non-software projects. Team, Business and Ready are optional.

How would I use Ready on its own?

Imagine you already use other tools and want to understand your progress or prepare to explain it. Ready is designed to work independently; you do not need to move your work into the other AccelMars apps.

  1. Start with your situation. — You might want to understand your progress, prepare for a bank conversation or simply be better prepared. You do not need a deadline or someone to present to.
  2. Bring what you have. — Upload documents, spreadsheets, screenshots or scanned records, add notes, or connect supported external tools. Start small; you do not need a complete archive. Your original records remain managed in their source tools; Ready helps you understand and explain them.
  3. Discover what matters. — AI experts help interpret the material while software handles calculations and record tracking. Look for meaningful progress, inconsistencies, missing support and useful next steps.
  4. Work through the gaps. — Ask questions, correct interpretations, add supporting information and prepare explanations within Ready.
  5. Adapt it for the right audience. — When useful, prepare a collaborator introduction, internal update, bank packet or public post from the same underlying records, choosing what each audience may see.
  6. Stay prepared as things change. — Update your material, handle follow-up questions and keep track of what you shared. Ready should show how current its information is and connect corrections to earlier accounts without silently rewriting what someone previously received.

Outcome

The intended result is better understanding and less repeated preparation—even in a month when you share nothing.

Fit

Use Ready on its own when your work already happens elsewhere. Connecting another AccelMars app should reduce preparation, not unlock Ready’s basic purpose.

How would I use Run on its own?

Imagine you manage several services behind your work and want to know what needs attention. Run is designed to be useful by itself, with your selected records and supported external connections.

  1. Start with a management question. — Choose a service, renewal or recurring operating problem that matters. You do not need another AccelMars app or a complete inventory to begin.
  2. Bring selected resources. — Add relevant records or supported connections. Choose the scope and access, and keep manual or imported information visibly different from current observations.
  3. Manage the resources in Run. — Review condition, dependencies, spending and freshness. Investigate the issue and take a supported action within the right permissions, or prepare a clear handoff when direct operation is unavailable.
  4. Check what changed and continue. — Check the result rather than treating an accepted request as success. Carry useful findings back to the selected context, keep unresolved issues visible and return when a resource needs attention again.
  5. Keep the picture useful. — Refresh manual records and review connection coverage over time. Keep using provider tools where they serve you well; Run should make the coordination easier, not force a migration.

Outcome

A clearer operating picture and useful follow-through without needing Team, Business, Work or Ready.

Fit

Start and stay with Run when resource management is your need. Add other apps for personal context, company operation, project coordination or readiness only when they earn their place.

Two apps

Connect two kinds of help.

How would I use Team and Business together?

Imagine you run a company, but your personal priorities are wider than the company. This combination is intended to support both without treating them as one shared space.

  1. Think from your own perspective in Team. — Discuss your goals, competing responsibilities or a decision you need to make as an owner.
  2. Bring the relevant commitment into Business. — For example, turn your decision to hire help into a company responsibility with a role, resources and next steps. Share the business-relevant context, not your entire personal conversation.
  3. Operate the company in Business. — Prepare the role, coordinate colleagues or providers and track the resulting commitment.
  4. Bring permitted updates back to your own planning. — Use the company’s relevant progress to adjust your priorities, while keeping company and personal access separate.

Outcome

You get personal support and a clearer company operation without repeatedly rebuilding the same business context.

Fit

Choose both when you need support as a person as well as an operator. Business alone should be enough if you only need the company experience.

How would I use Team and Work together?

Imagine an idea you discuss with your AI colleagues grows into a project with several contributors or dependencies.

  1. Shape the intention in Team. — Explore the idea, define the useful outcome and work through your constraints with your colleagues.
  2. Organise the larger project in Work. — Bring the selected brief into Work and break it into work that can be assigned, checked and coordinated.
  3. Steer execution in Work. — See which pieces can proceed, where contributors need each other and what remains before the result is ready.
  4. Continue with the result in Team. — Bring the permitted outcome and relevant decisions back into your ongoing personal context.

Outcome

The conversation can lead to a substantial project without losing the reasons behind it.

Fit

Add Work when dependencies, parallel execution or project oversight need a dedicated place. Everyday tasks should remain possible within Team.

How would I use Team and Ready together?

Imagine you have been developing an idea with your AI team and someone asks what you are working on—or you want to understand your own progress first.

  1. Keep doing your work in Team. — Think, decide and carry work forward with your colleagues.
  2. Select what Ready may use. — Bring relevant outcomes and supporting material into Ready without exposing private conversations or unrelated personal context.
  3. Discover and prepare. — Identify what your work supports, notice missing evidence and shape a useful explanation. You might find progress you had overlooked.
  4. Share only what fits the situation. — Prepare a short introduction for a friend, a deeper brief for a possible collaborator or a private review for yourself.

Outcome

Your work becomes easier to understand and explain without turning your personal context into public material.

Fit

Add Ready for ongoing discovery, reusable preparation and audience-specific accounts. Ordinary sharing and explaining should still be possible in Team.

How would I use Business and Work together?

Imagine your company makes a customer commitment that needs a substantial delivery project.

  1. Establish the commitment in Business. — Keep the agreed outcome, responsibility, resources and business consequences in view.
  2. Coordinate delivery in Work. — Turn the project into executable pieces with dependencies, contributors and acceptance checks.
  3. Respond to changes in both contexts. — A blocked task may affect a delivery commitment; an approved change in company priorities may change the project. Carry the relevant update across rather than maintain conflicting plans.
  4. Connect accepted results to the next business step. — Use confirmed delivery outcomes to inform the company’s follow-through, without treating an accepted task as automatic authority to invoice, pay or make another commitment.

Outcome

The company’s promises and the work needed to fulfil them stay connected, while each app provides a useful view.

Fit

Add Work for advanced delivery coordination. Business should still support ordinary work and follow-through without it.

How would I use Business and Ready together?

Imagine you operate a company and need to keep colleagues, potential partners or professional reviewers appropriately informed.

  1. Keep operating records in Business. — Maintain relevant commitments, outcomes and company records through normal work.
  2. Let Ready use selected, permitted material. — Build an account from the records without changing the underlying facts just to make the explanation look better.
  3. Prepare before and for the request. — Notice missing support early. When a request arrives, prepare the appropriate internal update, partner brief, bank packet or professional-review material.
  4. Carry questions and corrections forward. — Track what was shared and follow up when a reviewer asks a question or a source record changes.

Outcome

You can reuse sound preparation across different audiences while keeping their information needs separate.

Fit

Add Ready for sustained preparation and evidence-backed explanations. Business should still provide ordinary records and updates; Ready does not guarantee financing, approval or compliance.

How would I use Work and Ready together?

Imagine you deliver projects and want to show what actually happened, not merely report that everyone was busy.

  1. Carry out the project in Work. — Keep the agreed outcomes, decisions, progress and checked results connected.
  2. Bring relevant results into Ready. — Select the outputs and supporting material that may be used for understanding or explanation.
  3. Prepare an account the reader can follow. — Build a progress update, customer handover or account of your achievements. Distinguish completed results from ongoing work and estimates.
  4. Handle follow-up without losing the history. — Answer questions from the supporting records and explain later changes to previously shared information.

Outcome

Project execution becomes easier to explain without manually reconstructing it from scattered sessions.

Fit

Add Ready when preparation and different audiences become a recurring need. Work should still show progress and deliver ordinary project outputs without Ready.

How would I use Team and Run?

You are developing a personal creative project and want to keep its tools useful without spending your evenings on subscriptions and settings. This is an illustrative connected experience, not a required bundle.

  1. Begin with the situation that matters. — You are developing a personal creative project and want to keep its tools useful without spending your evenings on subscriptions and settings. Choose the relevant context, not every record in every app.
  2. Think it through with Team. — Use your personal AI colleagues to clarify what you need and investigate options. Share only selected context with the other apps; personal preferences do not grant operating authority.

Outcome

A resource decision is connected to the context that makes it meaningful, with the operating result and remaining uncertainty visible in the appropriate places.

Fit

Use this setup only when each app adds useful help. Run can manage resources alone; connecting context must not silently enlarge access, duplicate charges or force a purchase.

How would I use Business and Run?

Your company depends on several services, and a renewal or service interruption needs both an operating response and a business decision. This is an illustrative connected experience, not a required bundle.

  1. Begin with the situation that matters. — Your company depends on several services, and a renewal or service interruption needs both an operating response and a business decision. Choose the relevant context, not every record in every app.
  2. Keep company responsibility in Business. — Connect the relevant company commitment, responsible role and spending constraints. A resource change should have a clear business reason without merging personal and company permissions.

How would I use Work and Run?

You are preparing a project release, but a service quota or unstable environment could block the next milestone. This is an illustrative connected experience, not a required bundle.

  1. Begin with the situation that matters. — You are preparing a project release, but a service quota or unstable environment could block the next milestone. Choose the relevant context, not every record in every app.
  2. Connect the project in Work. — Link the relevant work and milestones to the resources they depend on. Work remains the place to plan and coordinate execution; a healthy resource alone does not mean the project is done.

How would I use Ready and Run?

You want to understand and explain the resources supporting your work, including costs, improvements and unresolved issues. This is an illustrative connected experience, not a required bundle.

  1. Begin with the situation that matters. — You want to understand and explain the resources supporting your work, including costs, improvements and unresolved issues. Choose the relevant context, not every record in every app.
  2. Choose the supporting records. — Select the resource records relevant to your question. Keep source, date and uncertainty visible; an explanation should not require exposing credentials or unrelated operating details.
  3. Manage the resources in Run. — Review condition, dependencies, spending and freshness. Investigate the issue and take a supported action within the right permissions, or prepare a clear handoff when direct operation is unavailable.
  4. Understand and prepare with Ready. — Bring selected Run findings, including gaps and uncertainty, into Ready. Understand what they mean, prepare for an audience if needed and send new evidence questions back for investigation—without granting resource-control rights.

Three apps

Bring three needs together.

How would I use Team, Business and Work together?

Imagine you run a small company and have agreed to deliver a workshop for a customer. You need to balance your own time, the company’s commitment and the preparation that several contributors must finish together.

  1. Clarify your priorities in Team. — Think through what needs your attention and what you want to achieve.
  2. Make company commitments explicit in Business. — Translate the relevant decisions into responsibilities, resources and company work, sharing only the context needed.
  3. Coordinate substantial projects in Work. — Plan and run the connected work, understand dependencies and inspect accepted results.
  4. Review the consequences. — Bring delivery updates into the company view and permitted highlights into your personal planning, then adjust the next steps.

Outcome

You can connect your own priorities to company commitments and real execution.

Fit

Use this combination when all three perspectives matter. Ready is optional; you can still complete work and communicate ordinary updates without it.

How would I use Team, Business and Ready together?

Imagine you run a small studio and a possible partner asks what you have achieved so far. You want help deciding whether the opportunity fits your priorities, keeping existing customer commitments moving and preparing an introduction supported by work you have already done.

  1. Use Team for your own thinking and follow-through. — Discuss decisions and personal responsibilities with your AI colleagues.
  2. Use Business to operate the company. — Keep company commitments moving with colleagues, providers, software and AI experts.
  3. Prepare from selected material in Ready. — Bring the relevant personal or company results into a private review or audience-specific account without merging their access.
  4. Return useful questions to the work. — A gap discovered while preparing an update can become a next step in Team or Business, then inform a corrected explanation.

Outcome

You can keep working and be better prepared to explain your progress without adopting an app you do not need.

Fit

Choose this setup when ordinary work within Team and Business is sufficient. Work is optional, not a required bridge between these apps.

How would I use Team, Work and Ready together?

Imagine you are organising a community exhibition. You want help developing the idea, coordinating contributors and deadlines, then preparing an account of the finished work for future collaborators.

  1. Develop the goal in Team. — Explore the idea, discuss trade-offs and decide what a useful outcome would be.
  2. Deliver through Work. — Coordinate the project, contributors and dependencies, then inspect what has been completed.
  3. Understand and explain it in Ready. — Use selected results to discover progress, prepare a portfolio account or brief a potential collaborator.
  4. Use the response to decide what comes next. — Bring relevant feedback into your planning and further work, while preserving the original record of what was shared.

Outcome

An idea can become a checked result and a useful explanation without requiring you to operate a company in AccelMars.

Fit

Business is unnecessary unless you also need its company-operating experience. This setup is not limited to software projects or founders.

How would I use Business, Work and Ready together?

Imagine your company is delivering a training programme for a customer. You need to manage the commitment and resources, coordinate materials and delivery, and prepare a customer update that distinguishes completed work from what remains.

  1. Operate the company in Business. — Keep responsibilities, resources and consequences clear.
  2. Deliver substantial projects in Work. — Coordinate the pieces, understand blockers and check results against the agreed outcomes.
  3. Prepare appropriate accounts in Ready. — Reuse permitted company and project records for colleagues, customers, potential funders or professional reviewers.
  4. Follow through on questions and changes. — Route a delivery issue back to the project or a company decision back to Business, and update the explanation when the facts change.

Outcome

The company can connect what it promises, what it delivers and what it can substantiate.

Fit

A separate personal Team subscription is not intended to be a prerequisite for company participation. Actual member access and plan inclusions will be stated in the offer.

How would I use Team, Business and Run?

You run a small consultancy and use some tools personally while the company pays for others. This is an illustrative connected experience, not a required bundle.

  1. Begin with the situation that matters. — You run a small consultancy and use some tools personally while the company pays for others. Choose the relevant context, not every record in every app.
  2. Think it through with Team. — Use your personal AI colleagues to clarify what you need and investigate options. Share only selected context with the other apps; personal preferences do not grant operating authority.
  3. Keep company responsibility in Business. — Connect the relevant company commitment, responsible role and spending constraints. A resource change should have a clear business reason without merging personal and company permissions.
  4. Manage the resources in Run. — Review condition, dependencies, spending and freshness. Investigate the issue and take a supported action within the right permissions, or prepare a clear handoff when direct operation is unavailable.
  5. Check what changed and continue. — Check the result rather than treating an accepted request as success. Carry useful findings back to the selected context, keep unresolved issues visible and return when a resource needs attention again.

Outcome

A resource decision is connected to the context that makes it meaningful, with the operating result and remaining uncertainty visible in the appropriate places.

Fit

Four apps

Four distinct kinds of help.

How would I use all four apps together?

Imagine you run a small company, are delivering a customer programme and are considering a new partnership. Team could help you weigh your own priorities, Business keep company commitments moving, Work coordinate delivery and Ready prepare a supported account for the potential partner. You would use whichever app fits the need that arises; a task need not pass through all four.

  1. Start wherever the need appears. — A personal idea may begin in Team, a customer commitment in Business, a project in Work or a preparation gap in Ready.
  2. Use the app that fits the next part. — Keep personal thinking in Team, company operation in Business, advanced execution in Work and evidence-backed preparation in Ready.
  3. Connect only relevant context and results. — Reuse what is permitted rather than copy everything. Private context, company records and audience-specific material retain their different purposes.
  4. Continue in whichever direction is useful. — A reviewer’s question can lead to new work; a completed project can inform company decisions; a discovery can change your priorities.

Outcome

You get connected support across your life and company without a mandatory sequence or a reason to buy every app for every task.

Fit

Choose all four only if each earns its place. A result appearing in another app is not, by itself, new work to charge for.

How would I use Team, Business, Work and Run?

You are turning a personal venture into a company project while keeping private tools and company resources distinct. This is an illustrative connected experience, not a required bundle.

  1. Begin with the situation that matters. — You are turning a personal venture into a company project while keeping private tools and company resources distinct. Choose the relevant context, not every record in every app.

Fit

Use this setup only when each app adds useful help. Run can manage resources alone; connecting context must not silently enlarge access, duplicate charges or force a purchase.

How would I use Team, Business, Ready and Run?

You want a prospective colleague to understand a young company without receiving your private workspace or unrestricted operational records. This is an illustrative connected experience, not a required bundle.

  5. Understand and prepare with Ready. — Bring selected Run findings, including gaps and uncertainty, into Ready. Understand what they mean, prepare for an audience if needed and send new evidence questions back for investigation—without granting resource-control rights.

How would I use Team, Work, Ready and Run?

You have built a personal project and want to prepare a credible handover, including the services needed to keep it working. This is an illustrative connected experience, not a required bundle.

  1. Begin with the situation that matters. — You have built a personal project and want to prepare a credible handover, including the services needed to keep it working. Choose the relevant context, not every record in every app.
  2. Think it through with Team. — Use your personal AI colleagues to clarify what you need and investigate options. Share only selected context with the other apps; personal preferences do not grant operating authority.
  3. Connect the project in Work. — Link the relevant work and milestones to the resources they depend on. Work remains the place to plan and coordinate execution; a healthy resource alone does not mean the project is done.
  4. Manage the resources in Run. — Review condition, dependencies, spending and freshness. Investigate the issue and take a supported action within the right permissions, or prepare a clear handoff when direct operation is unavailable.

Questions

A few answers that apply across the family.

How do I know whether I need another app?

Start with the job you want help with: your own ongoing AI colleagues (Team), operating a company (Business), advanced project execution (Work), or discovery and preparation (Ready). Stay with one app while it meets your needs. Add another for its distinct experience—not to unlock ordinary work or basic sharing in the app you already use.

Can I add or stop using an app later? What happens to my work?

The intended approach is to let you start with one app and add others when useful. Before subscribing, check the published terms for export, retention, continued access and what happens to connected work when a plan ends. Those details are not final for these planned experiences, so we are not promising that every feature or connection continues after cancellation.

Will I have to copy information between apps?

The connected design is intended to let you reuse relevant context and results rather than re-enter everything. That does not mean every record moves automatically or every external tool is supported. You should be able to tell where information came from, whether it is current and what a connection is allowed to use.

Does connecting apps share everything?

No—that is not the intended design. Connections should use only the information needed and permitted for the work. Sharing a useful result should not automatically expose all the conversations or records behind it, and permission to read something is not permission to send it elsewhere or take an action.

Can I keep personal and company information separate?

Yes, that separation is a design requirement. Team supports you personally; Business serves company work. A useful connection should let you bring relevant information across without giving your company access to your private life or treating company records as yours to disclose freely. Actual access controls will be documented with the released products.

Can I work with someone who uses a different set of apps?

That is part of the intended experience: people should participate in the work relevant to them without being forced to buy the whole collection. Project participation, company membership and reading a shared account are different needs. Guest access, member entitlements and any charges will be explained in the specific offer; no universal free-collaborator plan is being announced here.

How would subscriptions, Actions and bundles work?

Our intended model combines access to an app’s features with an allowance of Actions: metered capacity for eligible work, not a count of chat messages or tokens. Connected plans are intended to support shared allowances and bundle savings. Final prices, discounts, eligible usage and sharing rules will be stated in the offer. A personal and company account should not silently share a payer, and API access does not automatically include app subscriptions.

Would the same work be charged again in another app?

Our principle is no duplicate charge for the same work merely because its result appears in another app. For example, viewing an accepted project result in Ready should not charge again for producing that result. A new analysis or audience-specific account that you authorize may be new work and use Actions. App-access fees and any separate service charges must be explained distinctly; this is the intended charging principle, not a final tariff.

Can I use tools outside AccelMars instead of buying another app?

Yes, the products are intended to work with selected material and supported external tools. You should not need the whole AccelMars collection. Specific imports, exports and connectors depend on what is actually released; we are not promising compatibility with every tool or file format.

Which of these experiences can I use today?

These walkthroughs explain the products we are building, not a set of features available to buy today. Team is in development; Business, Work, Ready and Run are planned customer products. See each product page for its current status, or contact us about your situation and ask what access, if any, is available. No release date or final bundle pricing is announced in this guide.
