AccelMars Work
Who it serves
People working alone, teams working together, and people working with AI experts. Whether you are building software, organising an event or running a research project, the aim is to help you carry the work through—not make you manage more tools.
How the idea could help
Illustrative example
Two parts of your project can start together, but later need the same shared resource. Open either part to see the smaller pieces: which can proceed, which must wait, and what each result makes possible next. If one session runs for hours, you should still know why it is running, what remains and when to check back. This is the experience we are designing.
What we are building toward
Work is intended to clarify the outcome, make a plan executable, check dependencies, resources and permissions before dispatch, run within agreed limits, review evidence and keep accepted results. Mechanical software handles rules and state; interpretation and judgment go to the appropriate AI expert or person. Permissions to suggest, act, check and accept are distinct. No universal conflict-free parallelism or accurate completion-time promise is made. A request to stop is not proof that external work has stopped or been undone, and changed inputs can require a ready piece to be checked again.
Useful on their own. Connected when you need them.
Work can stand alone. Team supports a person’s life and work; Business supports company operation; Work adds optional advanced planning, execution coordination and oversight for an undertaking. Team and Business remain useful without Work. Connections do not silently share context, permissions or payment, and a common account does not grant every app.
From plan to accepted result
Make the plan executable
Break an undertaking into meaningful work with an expected result, useful inputs, responsibility and checks—not a list of activity.
See what can run next
Check dependencies, shared resources and permissions before work starts. When inputs change, check again rather than trust an old ready label.
Steer work as it happens
Understand the current purpose, changes of plan and next checkpoint. Know when your input is needed; a busy session is not proof of progress.
Keep the result, not just the session
Keep results, decisions and supporting evidence when a session ends or someone else takes over. Produced work and accepted work are not the same thing.
Question the plan before it becomes a problem
An illustrative planned experience
A milestone looks ready to start, but completing it depends on several teams’ deliveries that are not represented in the plan.
Some pieces can start now, but finishing this milestone needs deliveries that have no visible owner or dependency link. I suggest keeping the milestone and separating its work into accountable pieces. We can review that revision without dropping the acceptance requirements.
The aim is to distinguish what can start from what can finish, make a useful revision and keep checking for drift during execution. A large milestone is not automatically a bad plan.
How would you use AccelMars Work?
Illustrative planned experiences—not features available to buy today. Team is in development; Business, Work, Ready and Run are planned customer products. Specific integrations, access and commercial terms will be confirmed as they become available.
How would I use Work on its own?
Imagine organising a community event, completing a research project or delivering work for a customer. Work is designed to help you plan and steer it alone, with other people, with AI experts, or with a mixture—whether or not you use another AccelMars app.
- Describe the result you need. — Bring the goal, constraints and any existing plan. Agree what a useful finished result would look like.
- Break it into meaningful pieces. — Turn the plan into manageable work with clear outputs and checks. See how each piece contributes to the larger project.
- Understand what can proceed. — Identify dependencies, shared resources and permissions. See which work can run in parallel and which needs something else first.
- Run and steer the work. — Assign suitable contributors, inspect progress and respond to questions or blockers. A long-running job should show its purpose and next checkpoint—not only a stream of activity.
- Check the result and continue. — Review outputs against the agreed checks, accept what is ready and carry remaining work forward. Preserve the context needed when a person or session changes.
Outcome
The intended result is a project you can understand and direct, with results you can inspect—not simply more tasks marked busy.
Fit
Use Work for advanced project planning, coordination and oversight, including solo or non-software projects. Team, Business and Ready are optional.
How would I use Team and Work together?
Imagine an idea you discuss with your AI colleagues grows into a project with several contributors or dependencies.
- Shape the intention in Team. — Explore the idea, define the useful outcome and work through your constraints with your colleagues.
- Organise the larger project in Work. — Bring the selected brief into Work and break it into work that can be assigned, checked and coordinated.
- Steer execution in Work. — See which pieces can proceed, where contributors need each other and what remains before the result is ready.
- Continue with the result in Team. — Bring the permitted outcome and relevant decisions back into your ongoing personal context.
Outcome
The conversation can lead to a substantial project without losing the reasons behind it.
Fit
Add Work when dependencies, parallel execution or project oversight need a dedicated place. Everyday tasks should remain possible within Team.
How would I use Business and Work together?
Imagine your company makes a customer commitment that needs a substantial delivery project.
- Establish the commitment in Business. — Keep the agreed outcome, responsibility, resources and business consequences in view.
- Coordinate delivery in Work. — Turn the project into executable pieces with dependencies, contributors and acceptance checks.
- Respond to changes in both contexts. — A blocked task may affect a delivery commitment; an approved change in company priorities may change the project. Carry the relevant update across rather than maintain conflicting plans.
- Connect accepted results to the next business step. — Use confirmed delivery outcomes to inform the company’s follow-through, without treating an accepted task as automatic authority to invoice, pay or make another commitment.
Outcome
The company’s promises and the work needed to fulfil them stay connected, while each app provides a useful view.
Fit
Add Work for advanced delivery coordination. Business should still support ordinary work and follow-through without it.
How would I use Work and Ready together?
Imagine you deliver projects and want to show what actually happened, not merely report that everyone was busy.
- Carry out the project in Work. — Keep the agreed outcomes, decisions, progress and checked results connected.
- Bring relevant results into Ready. — Select the outputs and supporting material that may be used for understanding or explanation.
- Prepare an account the reader can follow. — Build a progress update, customer handover or account of your achievements. Distinguish completed results from ongoing work and estimates.
- Handle follow-up without losing the history. — Answer questions from the supporting records and explain later changes to previously shared information.
Outcome
Project execution becomes easier to explain without manually reconstructing it from scattered sessions.
Fit
Add Ready when preparation and different audiences become a recurring need. Work should still show progress and deliver ordinary project outputs without Ready.
How would I use Work and Run?
You are preparing a project release, but a service quota or unstable environment could block the next milestone. This is an illustrative connected experience, not a required bundle.
- Begin with the situation that matters. — You are preparing a project release, but a service quota or unstable environment could block the next milestone. Choose the relevant context, not every record in every app.
- Connect the project in Work. — Link the relevant work and milestones to the resources they depend on. Work remains the place to plan and coordinate execution; a healthy resource alone does not mean the project is done.
- Manage the resources in Run. — Review condition, dependencies, spending and freshness. Investigate the issue and take a supported action within the right permissions, or prepare a clear handoff when direct operation is unavailable.
- Check what changed and continue. — Check the result rather than treating an accepted request as success. Carry useful findings back to the selected context, keep unresolved issues visible and return when a resource needs attention again.
Outcome
A resource decision is connected to the context that makes it meaningful, with the operating result and remaining uncertainty visible in the appropriate places.
Fit
Use this setup only when each app adds useful help. Run can manage resources alone; connecting context must not silently enlarge access, duplicate charges or force a purchase.

Shared questions
How do I know whether I need another app?
Start with the job you want help with: your own ongoing AI colleagues (Team), operating a company (Business), advanced project execution (Work), or discovery and preparation (Ready). Stay with one app while it meets your needs. Add another for its distinct experience—not to unlock ordinary work or basic sharing in the app you already use.
Does connecting apps share everything?
No—that is not the intended design. Connections should use only the information needed and permitted for the work. Sharing a useful result should not automatically expose all the conversations or records behind it, and permission to read something is not permission to send it elsewhere or take an action.
How would subscriptions, Actions and bundles work?
Our intended model combines access to an app’s features with an allowance of Actions: metered capacity for eligible work, not a count of chat messages or tokens. Connected plans are intended to support shared allowances and bundle savings. Final prices, discounts, eligible usage and sharing rules will be stated in the offer. A personal and company account should not silently share a payer, and API access does not automatically include app subscriptions.
Would the same work be charged again in another app?
Our principle is no duplicate charge for the same work merely because its result appears in another app. For example, viewing an accepted project result in Ready should not charge again for producing that result. A new analysis or audience-specific account that you authorize may be new work and use Actions. App-access fees and any separate service charges must be explained distinctly; this is the intended charging principle, not a final tariff.
AccelMars Work, in plain terms.
Can I use Work on my own?
Yes. Work is intended for one person or a group of humans, with AI experts optional. It can support a solo undertaking without requiring Team or Business.
Is Work only for software?
No. It is intended for software and nonsoftware work, such as a launch, event or research project. Work should not pretend to make AI calls for work a person must do.
How is Work more than task tracking?
The aim is to help carry out the plan, not just display its status: check what can start, run work within agreed limits, preserve the results and show what still needs review.
What is a contract here?
A contract is a bounded work specification: the expected result, inputs, responsibility and checks are made clear. It is not necessarily a legal contract, and it can contain several calls, mechanical steps, attempts and reviews rather than being one call.
Can everything run in parallel?
No. Shared dependencies, interfaces, resources or authority can mean that work must wait. Work is intended to make safe eligible work possible while keeping unknowns and reasons to wait visible.
What if a session runs for hours?
You should be able to see what result it is working toward, what has actually changed, what still needs checking and the next checkpoint. When the finishing time is uncertain, Work should say so—not invent a percentage or deadline.
Can I pause or change direction?
We are designing Work so you can request a pause, review a change of plan and continue from a recorded checkpoint. It should distinguish a stop request from confirmed stoppage. Actions already taken may need separate recovery; stopping a session does not automatically undo them.
Who decides that work is finished?
Producing an output, checking it and accepting it are separate. A suitable authorized review can decide acceptance; not every kind of work requires a new human click, but the policy and authority should be explicit.
Do I need Team or Business to use Work?
No. Work is designed to be standalone. Team and Business also support ordinary work without Work. Connecting them lets you bring permitted context and colleagues into a Work project; it does not automatically share private information or include every app.
Can I use Work, and what will it cost?
Work is a planned customer product, not yet available for general customer use. Contact us about current plans. Actions-based plans are under design; no final amounts have been announced. The same execution should not be charged again when it appears in several views, while genuinely new authorized work may consume additional capacity.
Will Work challenge a plan before I ask it to?
That is part of the design. Work should notice omitted dependencies, unclear owners, unsuitable decomposition or an execution path that is no longer credible. It should explain the evidence and propose a workable revision while preserving the intended outcome and acceptance requirements. It must not split work merely because a milestone is large.
Can Work change the plan or keep running on its own?
Only within the authority and limits you have given. A finding should lead to a proportionate proposal, an authorized adjustment or a clear request for a decision—not endless retries or silently weakened requirements. Accepted exceptions should be remembered and reconsidered when the relevant evidence changes. Proactive checking is not permission for unbounded work or spending.
