AccelMars Ready

Understand your progress. Be ready to explain it. Discover what your work amounts to, notice what needs preparation, and explain it with supporting records when it matters—not only when someone asks.
01Fit

Who it serves

People pursuing their own projects and companies carrying work forward. You might want to show a friend what you are building, brief a colleague, share progress publicly, or answer questions from a customer, investor, bank or professional adviser.

02A possible journey

How the idea could help

Illustrative example

While you build, Ready helps connect progress to supporting work and notice what needs attention. An opportunity arrives. You prepare a short introduction, a colleague's brief and a more detailed account for a reviewer from the same supported facts, sharing only what each audience may see. Later corrections stay connected to what was shared. This is a design example, not a currently available end-to-end workflow.

03Intended scope

What we are building toward

Your work may reveal more than you notice day to day: a capability you can reuse, progress worth sharing, or a missing record to prepare while you still can. Ready is being designed to connect those discoveries to their sources, show what is known or uncertain, and help you act on them. Software handles clear checks and calculations; AI experts and people contribute judgment. You should be able to correct an interpretation and control what is shared.

04In the AccelMars family

Useful on their own. Connected when you need them.

Team supports you personally, Business supports company operation, and Work coordinates undertakings. Ready adds continuing preparation and clear, supported explanations. It is intended to work on its own or connect with the other apps. Ordinary sharing elsewhere should not require buying Ready, and connecting apps must not silently share private information, permissions or budgets.

05Design goals

From everyday work to being prepared

Four design goals for finding what matters, preparing ahead and explaining it when the moment comes.

Discover useful progress or gaps

Notice what the work amounts to, what may be reusable and what support or preparation is still missing.

Prepare before the request

Keep the supporting work in reach so an opportunity or scrutiny does not begin with a rushed reconstruction.

Explain the right things

Shape a short introduction, an internal brief or a formal account from supported facts, with each audience seeing only what it may see.

Carry questions and corrections forward

Keep questions, follow-through and later corrections connected without silently rewriting what was previously shared.

Proactive expertise

Prepare while the evidence is still within reach

Ready is intended to notice useful progress, opportunities and missing support before anyone asks for an explanation. Preparation should reflect your situation and possible audiences, not require a formal request or a pile of documents.

An illustrative planned experience

Your work has produced something useful, but the supporting context is scattered and may be difficult to recover later.

This result may be worth building on or explaining later. We have the output, but part of its supporting context is missing. Would you like to capture that now? We can keep the preparation private until you decide whether anyone should see it.

The aim is to preserve useful understanding, help fill the relevant gaps and carry questions or corrections forward. Preparing an account never authorizes sharing it.

06On its own or together

How would you use AccelMars Ready?

Choose the help you need. Each app is designed to be useful on its own; connect others when they add something meaningful. These walkthroughs show how that could work in everyday life. Each app draws on the same foundation for continuing context, supported answers, corrections and permitted actions—even when used on its own.

Illustrative planned experiences—not features available to buy today. Team is in development; Business, Work, Ready and Run are planned customer products. Specific integrations, access and commercial terms will be confirmed as they become available.

How would I use Ready on its own?

Imagine you already use other tools and want to understand your progress or prepare to explain it. Ready is designed to work independently; you do not need to move your work into the other AccelMars apps.

  1. Start with your situation. — You might want to understand your progress, prepare for a bank conversation or simply be better prepared. You do not need a deadline or someone to present to.
  2. Bring what you have. — Upload documents, spreadsheets, screenshots or scanned records, add notes, or connect supported external tools. Start small; you do not need a complete archive. Your original records remain managed in their source tools; Ready helps you understand and explain them.
  3. Discover what matters. — AI experts help interpret the material while software handles calculations and record tracking. Look for meaningful progress, inconsistencies, missing support and useful next steps.
  4. Work through the gaps. — Ask questions, correct interpretations, add supporting information and prepare explanations within Ready.
  5. Adapt it for the right audience. — When useful, prepare a collaborator introduction, internal update, bank packet or public post from the same underlying records, choosing what each audience may see.
  6. Stay prepared as things change. — Update your material, handle follow-up questions and keep track of what you shared. Ready should show how current its information is and connect corrections to earlier accounts without silently rewriting what someone previously received.

Outcome

The intended result is better understanding and less repeated preparation—even in a month when you share nothing.

Fit

Use Ready on its own when your work already happens elsewhere. Connecting another AccelMars app should reduce preparation, not unlock Ready’s basic purpose.

How would I use Team and Ready together?

Imagine you have been developing an idea with your AI team and someone asks what you are working on—or you want to understand your own progress first.

  1. Keep doing your work in Team. — Think, decide and carry work forward with your colleagues.
  2. Select what Ready may use. — Bring relevant outcomes and supporting material into Ready without exposing private conversations or unrelated personal context.
  3. Discover and prepare. — Identify what your work supports, notice missing evidence and shape a useful explanation. You might find progress you had overlooked.
  4. Share only what fits the situation. — Prepare a short introduction for a friend, a deeper brief for a possible collaborator or a private review for yourself.

Outcome

Your work becomes easier to understand and explain without turning your personal context into public material.

Fit

Add Ready for ongoing discovery, reusable preparation and audience-specific accounts. Ordinary sharing and explaining should still be possible in Team.

How would I use Business and Ready together?

Imagine you operate a company and need to keep colleagues, potential partners or professional reviewers appropriately informed.

  1. Keep operating records in Business. — Maintain relevant commitments, outcomes and company records through normal work.
  2. Let Ready use selected, permitted material. — Build an account from the records without changing the underlying facts just to make the explanation look better.
  3. Prepare before and for the request. — Notice missing support early. When a request arrives, prepare the appropriate internal update, partner brief, bank packet or professional-review material.
  4. Carry questions and corrections forward. — Track what was shared and follow up when a reviewer asks a question or a source record changes.

Outcome

You can reuse sound preparation across different audiences while keeping their information needs separate.

Fit

Add Ready for sustained preparation and evidence-backed explanations. Business should still provide ordinary records and updates; Ready does not guarantee financing, approval or compliance.

How would I use Work and Ready together?

Imagine you deliver projects and want to show what actually happened, not merely report that everyone was busy.

  1. Carry out the project in Work. — Keep the agreed outcomes, decisions, progress and checked results connected.
  2. Bring relevant results into Ready. — Select the outputs and supporting material that may be used for understanding or explanation.
  3. Prepare an account the reader can follow. — Build a progress update, customer handover or account of your achievements. Distinguish completed results from ongoing work and estimates.
  4. Handle follow-up without losing the history. — Answer questions from the supporting records and explain later changes to previously shared information.

Outcome

Project execution becomes easier to explain without manually reconstructing it from scattered sessions.

Fit

Add Ready when preparation and different audiences become a recurring need. Work should still show progress and deliver ordinary project outputs without Ready.

How would I use Ready and Run?

You want to understand and explain the resources supporting your work, including costs, improvements and unresolved issues. This is an illustrative connected experience, not a required bundle.

  1. Begin with the situation that matters. — You want to understand and explain the resources supporting your work, including costs, improvements and unresolved issues. Choose the relevant context, not every record in every app.
  2. Choose the supporting records. — Select the resource records relevant to your question. Keep source, date and uncertainty visible; an explanation should not require exposing credentials or unrelated operating details.
  3. Manage the resources in Run. — Review condition, dependencies, spending and freshness. Investigate the issue and take a supported action within the right permissions, or prepare a clear handoff when direct operation is unavailable.
  4. Understand and prepare with Ready. — Bring selected Run findings, including gaps and uncertainty, into Ready. Understand what they mean, prepare for an audience if needed and send new evidence questions back for investigation—without granting resource-control rights.

Outcome

A resource decision is connected to the context that makes it meaningful, with the operating result and remaining uncertainty visible in the appropriate places.

Fit

Use this setup only when each app adds useful help. Run can manage resources alone; connecting context must not silently enlarge access, duplicate charges or force a purchase.

Shared questions

How do I know whether I need another app?

Start with the job you want help with: your own ongoing AI colleagues (Team), operating a company (Business), advanced project execution (Work), or discovery and preparation (Ready). Stay with one app while it meets your needs. Add another for its distinct experience—not to unlock ordinary work or basic sharing in the app you already use.

Does connecting apps share everything?

No—that is not the intended design. Connections should use only the information needed and permitted for the work. Sharing a useful result should not automatically expose all the conversations or records behind it, and permission to read something is not permission to send it elsewhere or take an action.

How would subscriptions, Actions and bundles work?

Our intended model combines access to an app’s features with an allowance of Actions: metered capacity for eligible work, not a count of chat messages or tokens. Connected plans are intended to support shared allowances and bundle savings. Final prices, discounts, eligible usage and sharing rules will be stated in the offer. A personal and company account should not silently share a payer, and API access does not automatically include app subscriptions.

Would the same work be charged again in another app?

Our principle is no duplicate charge for the same work merely because its result appears in another app. For example, viewing an accepted project result in Ready should not charge again for producing that result. A new analysis or audience-specific account that you authorize may be new work and use Actions. App-access fees and any separate service charges must be explained distinctly; this is the intended charging principle, not a final tariff.

07Questions

AccelMars Ready, in plain terms.

What is Ready for?

Ready is intended to help a person or company understand what its ongoing work amounts to, keep supporting records in reach, find preparation gaps and explain progress when it matters. It can be useful before anyone asks, not only when a formal request arrives.

Who is it for?

It is intended for personal work, founders and companies. The person reading an account might be a friend or cofounder, an internal colleague, a public reader, a customer, an investor, a bank or a professional reviewer. A named outside decision is one important case, not a prerequisite.

Why prepare before someone asks?

Important questions often arrive while the work is still changing. The intended experience keeps progress, supporting work and open gaps close enough to prepare a truthful account without starting from memory or a last-minute document.

Is Ready only for investors or fundraising?

No. Scrutiny and opportunity can come from a customer, colleague, bank, professional reviewer or someone you want to bring into the work. Ready is about being able to explain supported progress to the right audience, not about one type of decision.

Is it more than a document generator?

Yes. The intended value begins before a document is needed: discovering useful progress, noticing missing support and keeping preparation current. For example, work records might reveal a capability reused across several projects. Activity counts alone do not prove productivity or money saved; any comparison needs suitable evidence and clear assumptions.

Where would the supporting information come from?

From records you choose to provide or connect, such as project work, release records, transactions and documents. Ready should show where an explanation came from and what information is missing. The original systems still own their records; Ready does not silently rewrite an invoice to make a story fit. We will announce supported integrations as they become available.

What if the support is incomplete or uncertain?

The intended approach is to distinguish what happened, what is inferred, what is estimated and what remains unknown. If support is missing, Ready should use narrower truthful wording or help prepare the missing work rather than manufacture proof.

Who controls the information and what gets shared?

The design calls for explicit choices about sources, access and audiences. Preparing an explanation does not authorize sending it. Personal and company information keep their own permissions, and only the necessary material should be used. Authorized software actions, expert judgment and legally required signatures have different responsibilities. Storage, model processing, retention and deletion details must be clear before use.

What happens when facts change or I make a correction?

The intended experience carries questions, corrections and follow-through forward. A correction should not silently rewrite a previous disclosure; what was shared at the time and what changed later need to remain understandable.

Could it help with tax, legal or privacy questions?

That is part of the intended scope: prepare relevant records, find gaps early, organize a response and give an accountant, lawyer or other qualified reviewer useful context. Ready would not itself certify compliance, replace required professional judgment or guarantee approval. Being prepared means knowing what supports this particular response and what still needs attention.

Do I need Team, Business or Work to use it?

No. Ready is intended to be useful standalone, with optional connections to Team, Business or Work. Ordinary sharing in another app should not require buying Ready. Connections do not silently merge private contexts, permissions or payers, and a common account does not grant every app.

Is Ready available, and what will it cost?

Ready is a planned customer product, not generally available, and final pricing has not been announced. The same execution should not be charged twice when it appears in more than one app; genuinely new authorized work may use capacity. Email us about a preparation situation or idea, not to reserve a confirmed pilot place.

Will Ready notice preparation I haven’t thought to ask for?

That is an intended part of Ready. Relevant expert knowledge and the material you choose to provide should help reveal useful progress, missing support or questions an audience may later ask. It should explain why preparation is worthwhile now and avoid manufacturing documents for hypothetical needs. It can help before an audience or deadline is known.

Will Ready keep asking for more records or share them without my permission?

No. The goal is proportionate preparation, not collecting everything or claiming universal readiness. Ready should recognize accepted explanations, keep unresolved gaps honest and revisit them when circumstances change. Gathering, analyzing and sharing need their own appropriate permissions and usage limits. A prepared explanation is not permission to send it.
