AccelMars Run

Keep the tools, services and resources behind your work running well. Run is designed to help you and your AI colleagues understand what supports your work, notice what needs attention and carry the right response through to a checked result.
01Fit

Who it serves

People managing the services behind a personal project, and founders, staff or operators responsible for keeping a company’s tools and systems working.

02A possible journey

How the idea could help

Illustrative example

A service you rely on is about to renew while another is becoming more expensive. Run would bring together selected records, show what work depends on each service and help investigate the options. A supported, authorized change could then be carried out and checked. Where Run cannot act, it would help you prepare the next step with the provider.

03Intended scope

What we are building toward

Understand relevant tools, subscriptions and infrastructure: what you have, how it is doing, what it costs, what depends on it and who can act. Software handles defined checks and operations; AI colleagues help investigate, weigh options and follow through within their permissions. Start with the resources that matter, rather than importing everything.

04In the AccelMars family

Useful on their own. Connected when you need them.

Run is designed to be useful alone, including with external services. Team adds personal context; Business connects resource decisions to company responsibilities; Work connects them to projects; Ready helps understand and explain supported findings. Connections are optional. Using several apps must not automatically share all your information or charge again for the same work.

05Design goals

From knowing to following through

The goal is a clearer way to manage what your work depends on.

See what matters

Bring selected records or supported connections. Understand condition, costs and dependencies, with missing information and last-update times visible.

Investigate with context

AI colleagues help connect a change or renewal to the work it affects, challenge incomplete evidence and prepare useful options.

Act within your limits

Distinguish a recommendation from a permitted operation. Reading a service must not silently grant permission to change it.

Check the result

See what was attempted, what actually changed and what still needs checking. An accepted request is not the same as a resolved problem.

Proactive expertise

Check whether your resources still serve your work

Run is intended to connect operating knowledge with what your work actually needs. A service can be healthy and stay within budget while its activity deserves a closer look. The aim includes discovering those questions before you know to ask them.

An illustrative planned experience

Two healthy services repeatedly exchange data, but the available records do not establish why the transfer is needed.

Much of this transfer appears to be routine logs. Is that intentional? There may be a recovery or audit reason I cannot see. Let’s check the purpose and cost before deciding whether anything should change.

After an authorized change, the aim is to check that useful operation remains intact—not merely that a cost fell. A valid explanation should be remembered and revisited only when relevant conditions change.

06On its own or together

How would you use AccelMars Run?

Choose the help you need. Each app is designed to be useful on its own; connect others when they add something meaningful. These walkthroughs show how that could work in everyday life. Each app draws on the same foundation for continuing context, supported answers, corrections and permitted actions—even when used on its own.

Illustrative planned experiences—not features available to buy today. Team is in development; Business, Work, Ready and Run are planned customer products. Specific integrations, access and commercial terms will be confirmed as they become available.

How would I use Run on its own?

Imagine you manage several services behind your work and want to know what needs attention. Run is designed to be useful by itself, with your selected records and supported external connections.

  1. Start with a management question. — Choose a service, renewal or recurring operating problem that matters. You do not need another AccelMars app or a complete inventory to begin.
  2. Bring selected resources. — Add relevant records or supported connections. Choose the scope and access, and keep manual or imported information visibly different from current observations.
  3. Manage the resources in Run. — Review condition, dependencies, spending and freshness. Investigate the issue and take a supported action within the right permissions, or prepare a clear handoff when direct operation is unavailable.
  4. Check what changed and continue. — Check the result rather than treating an accepted request as success. Carry useful findings back to the selected context, keep unresolved issues visible and return when a resource needs attention again.
  5. Keep the picture useful. — Refresh manual records and review connection coverage over time. Keep using provider tools where they serve you well; Run should make the coordination easier, not force a migration.

Outcome

A clearer operating picture and useful follow-through without needing Team, Business, Work or Ready.

Fit

Start and stay with Run when resource management is your need. Add other apps for personal context, company operation, project coordination or readiness only when they earn their place.

How would I use Team and Run?

You are developing a personal creative project and want to keep its tools useful without spending your evenings on subscriptions and settings. This is an illustrative connected experience, not a required bundle.

  1. Begin with the situation that matters. — You are developing a personal creative project and want to keep its tools useful without spending your evenings on subscriptions and settings. Choose the relevant context, not every record in every app.
  2. Think it through with Team. — Use your personal AI colleagues to clarify what you need and investigate options. Share only selected context with the other apps; personal preferences do not grant operating authority.

Outcome

A resource decision is connected to the context that makes it meaningful, with the operating result and remaining uncertainty visible in the appropriate places.

Fit

Use this setup only when each app adds useful help. Run can manage resources alone; connecting context must not silently enlarge access, duplicate charges or force a purchase.

How would I use Business and Run?

Your company depends on several services, and a renewal or service interruption needs both an operating response and a business decision. This is an illustrative connected experience, not a required bundle.

  1. Begin with the situation that matters. — Your company depends on several services, and a renewal or service interruption needs both an operating response and a business decision. Choose the relevant context, not every record in every app.
  2. Keep company responsibility in Business. — Connect the relevant company commitment, responsible role and spending constraints. A resource change should have a clear business reason without merging personal and company permissions.

How would I use Work and Run?

You are preparing a project release, but a service quota or unstable environment could block the next milestone. This is an illustrative connected experience, not a required bundle.

  1. Begin with the situation that matters. — You are preparing a project release, but a service quota or unstable environment could block the next milestone. Choose the relevant context, not every record in every app.
  2. Connect the project in Work. — Link the relevant work and milestones to the resources they depend on. Work remains the place to plan and coordinate execution; a healthy resource alone does not mean the project is done.

How would I use Ready and Run?

You want to understand and explain the resources supporting your work, including costs, improvements and unresolved issues. This is an illustrative connected experience, not a required bundle.

  1. Begin with the situation that matters. — You want to understand and explain the resources supporting your work, including costs, improvements and unresolved issues. Choose the relevant context, not every record in every app.
  2. Choose the supporting records. — Select the resource records relevant to your question. Keep source, date and uncertainty visible; an explanation should not require exposing credentials or unrelated operating details.
  3. Manage the resources in Run. — Review condition, dependencies, spending and freshness. Investigate the issue and take a supported action within the right permissions, or prepare a clear handoff when direct operation is unavailable.
  4. Understand and prepare with Ready. — Bring selected Run findings, including gaps and uncertainty, into Ready. Understand what they mean, prepare for an audience if needed and send new evidence questions back for investigation—without granting resource-control rights.

Shared questions

How do I know whether I need another app?

Start with the job you want help with: your own ongoing AI colleagues (Team), operating a company (Business), advanced project execution (Work), or discovery and preparation (Ready). Stay with one app while it meets your needs. Add another for its distinct experience—not to unlock ordinary work or basic sharing in the app you already use.

Does connecting apps share everything?

No—that is not the intended design. Connections should use only the information needed and permitted for the work. Sharing a useful result should not automatically expose all the conversations or records behind it, and permission to read something is not permission to send it elsewhere or take an action.

How would subscriptions, Actions and bundles work?

Our intended model combines access to an app’s features with an allowance of Actions: metered capacity for eligible work, not a count of chat messages or tokens. Connected plans are intended to support shared allowances and bundle savings. Final prices, discounts, eligible usage and sharing rules will be stated in the offer. A personal and company account should not silently share a payer, and API access does not automatically include app subscriptions.

Would the same work be charged again in another app?

Our principle is no duplicate charge for the same work merely because its result appears in another app. For example, viewing an accepted project result in Ready should not charge again for producing that result. A new analysis or audience-specific account that you authorize may be new work and use Actions. App-access fees and any separate service charges must be explained distinctly; this is the intended charging principle, not a final tariff.

07Questions

AccelMars Run, in plain terms.

Is Run just a cloud-cost dashboard?

No. Spending is one part of the intended experience. Run also helps understand condition, dependencies, responsibility and what needs attention, then supports appropriate action and verification. The purpose is to manage the resources behind work, not merely display their bills.

Is Run for individuals as well as companies?

Yes. The intended audience includes someone managing the tools behind a personal project as well as people operating a company. A subscription review and a technical incident need different detail and controls; Run should not require everyone to become a systems administrator.

How would I start without connecting all my accounts?

Start with a useful question, such as which services need attention this month. Add selected records or a supported read-only connection. Run should help with that limited view and show what it cannot see. Broad operating access should not be required for initial value.

Which services would Run support?

Planned connection categories include AI services, hosting, storage, connectivity and software subscriptions, from AccelMars and other providers. The exact connection catalogue is not announced. Each connection should explain what it can read, monitor, change and verify; connected does not mean fully controllable.

What if there is no supported connection?

Manual records and imported snapshots are part of the intended experience. Run could help organize a renewal or prepare instructions from your information, clearly showing that it has not checked the provider automatically. Direct operation requires a supported capability and appropriate permission.

What would my AI colleagues actually do?

Help investigate changes, reconcile conflicting information, prepare options, coordinate follow-up and participate in supported operations within their authority. Defined calculations and checks belong in software. The aim is useful management work, not a stream of suggestions leaving every next step to you.

Would I need to approve every action?

Not necessarily. The design allows delegation of supported operations within explicit limits, with appropriate approval outside those limits. Reading, changing, cancelling and spending need distinct authority. Exact delegation controls must be verified before we offer them. Permission to carry out work must not let an AI colleague expand its own access.

How would I know a problem is resolved?

Run should distinguish a proposed response, an attempted change and a checked result. A timeout, partial change or unverified outcome should remain visible with a next step—not appear as completed work just because a provider accepted the request.

Would all costs and status information be live?

No universal real-time promise is appropriate. Providers update at different rates, and manual records reflect when you last checked them. Run should show source, freshness and gaps. Missing cost information is not zero spending.

Would Run know everything that depends on a service?

Not necessarily. Dependencies may come from a provider, your records or an inference. Run should distinguish those sources and show gaps. A missing dependency must not be treated as proof that nothing would be affected by a change.

Would Run guarantee lower bills?

No. It could help identify spending changes and use supported controls within your permissions. An alert, forecast and spending stop are different capabilities. Their effect depends on the provider and timing; a recommendation or a list-price comparison is not proven cash saved.

Would I pay Run for my existing subscriptions too?

External provider bills remain separate; any third-party or pass-through charge must be identified explicitly before purchase. The commercial direction distinguishes app access, AccelMars management Actions and the resources being managed. Seeing a provider bill in Run would not make it another amount owed to AccelMars. Prices and allowances are not yet announced.

Would work be charged again when shown in another app?

No duplicate charge is intended merely because the same work appears in Run and another app. Genuinely new authorized work may use Actions. Shared allowances and bundles are the direction; exact terms will be published before purchase.

What happens when I disconnect?

Run should distinguish stopping its connection from cancelling a subscription, stopping a workload or deleting a resource. Any provider-specific consequences of revoking access need to be explained before you confirm. Export, retention and deletion terms will be set before release; disconnected records must not look current.

Can my personal and company resources stay separate?

Yes, separation is a design requirement. A shared login or connected app must not automatically expose personal records to a company or let personal permissions operate company resources. The right scope and authority need to be explicit.

Can I keep using my provider’s own tools?

That is the intention. Run should coordinate work between services, not require you to abandon their controls. A clear handoff to the provider’s tools can be the right result for an unsupported or specialist operation.

Can I buy Run now?

Run is not generally available to buy. You can describe a resource-management problem or contribute an idea using the contact options below. That requests a conversation, not a subscription or a guaranteed pilot place.

Will Run notice issues even when nothing is broken or over budget?

That is part of the intended experience. Run should compare relevant resource behavior with the purpose of your work, using operating knowledge adapted to your situation. It could question repeated low-value activity, missing preparation or an arrangement that no longer fits. It should establish the evidence and ask about an unclear purpose rather than assume the activity is waste.

Will proactive Run help mean constant alerts or changes I did not authorize?

It should not. Run should prioritize useful findings, remember intentional arrangements and distinguish a quiet review from an urgent concern. Changed evidence can justify revisiting an earlier explanation. A recommendation is not authority to alter resources, expand access or create unbounded management charges; supported work stays within agreed permissions and usage limits.
