We don't theorize. We build products, push code, and serve real users. Every week produces something tangible.
AI-augmented, not AI-replaced.
AI handles 60-90% of execution. Humans make the decisions that matter. If you work here, you won't be competing with AI — you'll be wielding it.
Documentation over meetings.
Decisions are written down, rationale is captured, context is persistent. New team members get productive on Day 1 because everything is documented.
Speed with quality.
We ship Ops MVP — 33,000 lines of code — in 5 days. Traditional estimate / 10 = our estimate. But fast doesn't mean sloppy. We verify everything.
Bottom-up proves.
No pattern becomes a standard until it works in practice. We don't impose top-down theory. We discover what works and then standardize it.

- AI-native. You use AI tools daily and know their strengths and limits.
