Build the shape right and the model becomes the part you swap. That conviction is why AccelMars spends its effort on the operating model, not on prompts — and why the company is built as a system, not a stack of demos.

Mechanical, AI, human — in that order.
Deterministic code does what must be exact and cheap. AI handles what needs judgment. Humans make the calls that can't be delegated. Most failures come from using the wrong one for the job.
Every recurring action climbs the ladder.
A one-off becomes a protocol, a protocol a pattern, a pattern a skill, then a tool, then an engine. Nothing is born as software — it earns its way there. What hasn't climbed yet is the roadmap.
Eat your own dog food.
AccelMars runs on what AccelMars builds — no fake data, no demo-only paths. If an engine can't carry the company's real work, it isn't finished.
Built in the open.
The kernel is Apache 2.0 — the same binary we run, forkable by anyone, with no hosted dependency. It passes the test we set ourselves: a partner could fork it and never call us again.
Bottom-up proves; top-down organizes.
No pattern becomes a standard until at least two projects prove it independently. Theory is cheap. Convergence is signal.
War-tested over novel.
Prefer boring technology that works. The right amount of complexity is the minimum the task needs — and not one bit more.
Knowledge is infrastructure.
Externalized, structured memory is what makes AI effective and a company handoff-ready at any moment. Institutional knowledge isn't overhead — it's the substrate the whole system runs on.
How the work actually gets done.
AccelMars builds through a loop. One agent frames the work and judges the result; another does the coding; every cycle is measured — which model, how many turns, what it cost, whether it passed a real gate. Judgment stays human-owned. The mechanics get delegated, then automated.
It's not a diagram on a wall. It's how the engines get built, how releases ship — and how this very website was rebuilt. The loop's shortfalls become the next engine's roadmap.
